How to use GhostCanvas
A step-by-step flowchart on how to get started, activate your software, and ace your interviews using the invisible UI.
1. Setup Flowchart
Generate Your Key
Go to the Get License page and generate a free license key.
Note: A license belongs to 1 system only.
Download & Launch
Download the Windows executable and run it. GhostCanvas will open an onboarding wizard right on your desktop.
Activate in the App
Paste your generated key directly into the GhostCanvas desktop application. Your software will instantly activate and unlock forever.
Connect AI & Speech
Follow the wizard to securely paste your Google Gemini API key, and choose your preferred Voice Transcription engine (Deepgram Cloud or Whisper Local).
You're Invisible!
The wizard will close, and GhostCanvas will transition into its floating, invisible overlay mode. You are ready for your interview.
2. Controlling the App (Shortcuts)
GhostCanvas is designed to run silently without interfering with your interview. Because there are no visible buttons, you control everything using global keyboard shortcuts.
The Golden Rule
If you ever forget a shortcut, simply press Ctrl + Shift + H. This will instantly bring up the Help Window showing all available commands right on your screen.
